My refund is still not returned 60 days…
My refund is still not returned 60 days later. I followed the steps and submitted a refund request in September after I cancelled with Regus. I sent a follow-up request in October and still no response to date. I went to their office and was advised to use the online tool to follow up on the refund. I did that again on the 13th November and again today, only to get a response that they do not recognize my account or my details. I'm not sure what scam Regus is pulling, the fact that you have to submit a refund request should have been the first flag as the notice of cancellation is a refund request, but because they want to keep your money, they add a lot of red tape and charge you for things you did not even use.
