Staff is excellent. Account management is terrible.

Service from the facility staff is perfect. Couldn't be better. Account management and billing are atrocious. I have two accounts, rather than one, for my company. One account is the virtual office. The other account is office membership. I can reserve an office from either account. If I reserve an office from the virtual office account, I get billed $111. If I reserve it from the other account, it's included and free. Ridiculous.
