Won't return security deposit
After four months I am still having to fight to have my deposit returned. I paid all rent owed as well as the refurbishing fee charged as we left. The account balance shows that they owe me over $3500 but they make excuse after excuse as to why they can't return the funds. I also had to dispute charges for services that we did not request on most monthly invoices.
