Poor online payment management!
KL office always have issue on auto payment. 1st instance they upgraded their system, unable to retain my credit card details and I have had to fill in the details again. That’s prior to their hostile action asking for payment as if I deliberately defaulted the payment. Recently they notified me that my credit card expired but after check it out, nothing wrong with my credit card. And Even after i refill my credit card details, they still harassed me with e-mail asking for outstanding amount. It’s really non-sense and ridiculous!
