Stay away from any Regus office

Stay away from any Regus office, they lie and even break their own contract.

They won't pay you your retainer back and will move the goal posts to suit them, nightmare company, utterly horrific experience.

All we wanted to do was leave to another office and they have made it so difficult and still are causing stress and upset.

Stay away from Regus

In regards to your reply, my comments are fully justified. There is no balance to pay on that office. According to your terms and conditions you cannot hold a retainer for office rent. We had 2 offices. One has ended all fully paid and as you didn't return the retainer in the 30 days we held back on the payment for the other office ending in May. Whilst you owe us money, why should we pay more.

Even your reception team said we should have had the payment as they are on totally separate contracts. We will continue on social media until everything is sorted as the treatment we have had over the last 2 years has been disgusting

Your agreement ended on 30 November 2024 but you have a pending balance on your account which prevents us from refunding you just yet. Please settle your pending balance and then your refund will be swiftly processed.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
I’ve reviewed your account and cannot see any inaccuracies, you have been invoiced the same monthly fee as the agreement you signed. However, there are invoices that are pending payment. This has led your account being restricted. We greatly value your business and want to maintain a positive working relationship with you. However, the current payment situation needs to be resolved.
A member of my team has tried to contact you multiple times requesting additional details regarding these “hiked bills“ but has not received an answer. Please respond in order for him to help.

Absolutely rip you off

Absolutely rip you off, renew contracts without you knowing and rake money even though they had been informed of us leaving. Office total sub standard always red hot with no way to control temperature.

We certainly do not agree with your comment on ‘renew contracts without you knowing and rake money’ as we ensure the customers are informed in everything we do.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive a courtesy email reminder. According to our history, you received this email on 09 November 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. However, you have then chosen the option to renew your agreement for 3 months ending on 31 May 2024. A confirmation email has been sent to you on the same day. You can check these emails in the Account > Documents section of your online account (myregus.com).
We have escalated your concern about the temperature control to your centre team who has confirmed that that this has since been resolved.
