Not a good experience at all.

Nice office, but not everyone is professional. Heard bad language frequently from other offices, including shouting at times.
Management, customer service and finance teams were unavailable to talk to human to human and hide behind the app email system.
The only good thing about my experience was the reception team who were helpful, approachable and friendly. Sadly they got the brunt of management not giving a toss. They were worth much more than management teams and were worth their weight in gold.
I had numerous issues, but I know they hide behind the response that they “are sorry this wasn’t communicated to you” or “that it was in your contract” it’s all lip-service. They just care about your money. I’d definitely not recommend them.
