Excellent Staff, As Always.

The co-working space at this location remains a pleasant and productive environment. The natural light and general upkeep are excellent.

However, one persistent issue limits its functionality: a shortage of plug sockets at desks in the central areas of the room. This creates a situation where most of the powered spots are around the edges of the room, undermining the flexible, productive atmosphere you aim for. Adding more power outlets or floor pods to these central clusters would be a major improvement.

The community staff, as always, were extremely professional and helpful.

Please be warned- I’ve had over 1.4k (£) taken out of my account without my knowing!!

I joined Regus on a co-work contract and cancelled my contract within days as I realised I would not be using the co-work at all. I think I used it in total 1.5 days. I was informed my contract was cancelled and I patiently awaited my deposit back.

Since then however, my contract was renewed due to a system error and additional amounts totally over £1000 have been taken out of my account- some random amounts of £17.99 and some over £300. Utterly confused- trying to contact to get support but no response.

Super friendly building manager but being charged so much is shocking!

Edit: 7/03/2024
The comment left below re charges by Regus is simply incorrect, however, through working with the super friendly building manager (aka Daisy), we've been able to determine a string of technical errors. In total, I should have been charged approx. £560, however approx £1400 was taken out of my account over small and large amounts over the course of Jan and Feb. Even weirder, other random amounts were credited back.
I met with Daisy to determine the amounts owed back to me and she is kindly chasing this to get a refund. I will update this once the refund has been processed back.
I work in Product and am confident that this is a technical error on part of Regus- @Regus Technical team, please review your back-end and debug! It is super stressful to have money amounting to >£1000 come out of your account incrementally over the course of a month.

((Credit to Daisy for her friendly demeanour throughout this all and problem-solving attitude...you are a credit to the firm. :)))

Hi Ammaarah, I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
You signed a month-to-month agreement with a preferential monthly fee, and you have been charged correctly.
Once an agreement is signed the office space will be reserved exclusively for a customer, for the term detailed in it.
A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it should be ended online according to its terms and notice period.
You ended the agreement online on 25 January 2024, so it has been ended effective 29 February 2024 according to the notice period you served.
We are pleased to confirm that the March fee has been credited as per the details shared with you. Our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.
Your centre team is already in contact with you, should you require further information or support in this matter, please feel free to contact them directly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST COMPANY EVER

if I had a choice I would give 0 :-((
Worst company i have ever dealt with, no business ethics what so ever and only interested in getting your money and sending you nasty threatning emails to take you to court
no co ordination and communication internally
- I signed up for a virtual office with the sales team who were so polite and so called proffessional that they failed to check if this was suitable for my needs or if i had the relevant document required for a virtual office
- after signing up the sent me emails and even called me for the deposit and DD which i paid and online as i believed I was all good to go
- 4 weeks later i recieve a email from comliance dept asking for some verification and documentation which i was unable to provide as i had no invoices of last 6 months rental payments to previous tenancy documents
- i tried explaining this to the sales team as the compliance team have no contact nrs apparently and was told that this should've been checked at the beginng however she would speak to the comliance team and try and sort it out
- next thing i know is that my contract has been terminated by the compliance team for non fulfilment of documentation
- since then i have been sent an email that I owe them rent every month and to pay my dues. I tried to explain numerous times and have trails of emails that since you are not providing me with a service how am i in breach of your contract and why should i pay for something i am not using, have been struggling for 3 months to get hold of someone to sort this issue out
- yesterday i recieve an email from they're legal team

"You are in breach of your agreement with Regus and we are now reporting your debt of GBP 608.88 to a credit bureau and involving a collection agency or lawyer to initiate further action.

Unless payment of the above sum is received within 7 days of the date of this letter, we are instructed to initiate court proceedings without further notice to you.

Any request resulting in proceedings will include a claim for interest from the date on which the claim became due together with administration fees, court fees and legal costs from the date of issue of proceedings.
What do you need to do next?
You need to pay immediately or contact us urgently to stop this process. This is your last chance to act.
Pay Now: myregus.com"

- I have replied back to the email provided however this is day 2 and still have had no reply
- I fail to understand how Regus are operating in the UK with such a bullying and harrassing manner

I hope someone in regus will read this review and act professionally

Hi Nina,
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
The sales team are able to provide all details regarding the service we provide but the customer would be the only person to be able to judge if this service is suitable for their needs.
We are required by law to follow anti-money laundering regulations to set up a Virtual Office and this process can take several days. As we are following a governmental procedure, it would be illegal for us to provide Virtual Office services to you until the process is completed in its entirety. Your account was not terminated, but restricted, based on the outstanding unpaid balance.
You were contacted several times within the first days of the agreement. Contrary to your comments, the compliance team was not in touch for the first time “4 weeks later”. Both the local team and compliance department have sent continued request for the missing documentation.
A member of my team has already been in touch to answer further question you may have.
Kind regards,

Hiked price buy almost 100% after just 3 months.. refused to sort issues with power sockets... not helpful at all in trying to sort things out..

Please let me be clear. The local team are very friendly, but the issues that I have raised have not been dealt with for months, and no-one has taken responsibility for sorting out the issues. Feels like I'm just being fobbed off.

Power sockets are surly a basic requirement for working in a office. There are only 2 sockets on one wall of the office, and none anywhere else. I don't see the provision of power sockets in a managed work space being an unreasonable ask.. I raised this on the day I moved into the office.

Old rate was £450, new proposed rate of £669 per per month.. for the exact same office.. come on..?!?.. plus rises on other costs like IT services.

So Regus.. it is a very poor show I'm afraid.. you have give very poor service to a really reasonable customer.

Hi Jon,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
At Regus we work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and to provide many different options to meet every requirement and budget, but the increase was a necessary adjustment due to the increase in costs. Our pricing is fair and consistent with the current market conditions, and your increase was not 100% as you stated.
The local team are doing their best to help with your office sockets but stating that they are “not helpful at all in trying to sort things out” is a little unfair as your request to move the socket placement would mean undergoing reconstruction of the office, which is unreasonable.
The local team are your main point of contact regarding this, but a member of my team has also been in touch for any further questions you may have.
Kind regards,
