Warning to anyone who uses Regus. If you want to repeatedly have to contact them only to be unable to speak to someone and be chased to “let an office with them” despite advising on numerous occasions I wished to make a complaint as a current tenant.
Sadly the poor staff in the reception area have to suffer because those above do not have any idea how to assist their tenants. The reception staff within the building are amazing and helpful.
However, anyone who is supposed to help you with your account or if you have a problem is essentially non existent.
I repeatedly get incorrect invoices and charges despite having made over 50 phone calls. All of which is a total waste of time as no one ever comes back to you. You only recieve phone calls to ask do you want to rent an office.
Fantastic sales people who do not tell you the full picture. It is not a fully serviced office if you have printers which require internet or a server be prepared to pay over 200 a month extra in fees.
I have never come across such incompetence. They are quick to say you owe money and charge you but fail to correct their own errors and also fail to help you.
You are just a number and there is no element of client care or service even when you raise a complaint - if you try to do this you will not recieve the complaints procedure or any contact.
I cannot wait to leave at the end of my tenure. They are the worst company for customer service.
I’m a sitting tenant trying to run a law firm and I spend most of my time on the phone trying to get help from Regus.

The Red Rum board room has become a second home for many of us!
