I’m the founder of a UK-based finance brokerage, and this is my second time posting this review because the first one got flagged and removed simply for naming the person involved. So let me say this clearly: I won’t name names, but you at Regus know exactly who I’m talking about. And the public deserves to know what actually goes on behind the scenes.
We ended our office agreement at Regus Canary Wharf and were issued a refund voucher:
SCV000015274_GBR1 was a formal promise that we’d get our deposit back.
Weeks later? Still nothing.
We chased repeatedly. Got vague, copy-paste responses, and then total silence. A new case was raised:
Retainer refund C-2238596-J8D0 – CRM:09310000841
Still no refund. Still no action. Still no ownership.
After I posted my original review, Regus responded publicly with the usual customer service fluff:
“We’re very sorry.”
“We’re investigating.”
“We value your business.”
That was over two days ago. Since then? No contact. No resolution. Nothing.
Let’s be honest: Regus only replies publicly to manage their image, not actually to resolve anything.
But what really sums this up is the way your Canary Wharf centre manager behaved.
I raised a simple, professional question about the refund timeline. Her response?
She hung up mid-call. Disrespectful, defensive, and completely unprofessional.
Since then, she’s vanished, no replies, no returned calls, no accountability.
And again, I won’t name her, but you all at Regus know precisely who she is. You know her track record. You know how she treats customers. And you still allow it.
That says everything.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s systematic avoidance.
Regus acts fast when collecting money, but becomes silent and evasive when it’s time to return it.
We’ve now shifted our business to a proper private provider in Mayfair. The professionalism there makes Regus look like a joke.
To anyone considering Regus:
If they can’t handle a basic refund properly, imagine what happens with bigger issues.
Polished branding on the outside.
Dysfunctional, evasive culture underneath.
Avoid Regus. Especially Regus Canary Wharf – One Canada Square.

Complete scam! We were renting an office at 37 floor Canary Wharf for 3+ years and were barely using it - only for meetings, maximum 10 times during the entire period. We have been charged restoration fee 2 times - 350 GBP and 580 GBP (!!!) Which was never justified. Once you don't prolong the contract - you suddenly disappear for them. Given that over these 3 years we paid more than 60k to them for a small room - this is totally unacceptable! They didn't pay back our deposit, we keep chasing them through online request platform and via email but no luck! TO AVOID.
