Regus staff is helpful

Regus staff is helpful. I'd particularly stress the front desk team for being there and trying to help all matters come across when you use a hosted office.

They just don’t care.

I moved internally to a smaller office. Charged me for cleaning the furniture I moved myself that they didn’t clean. Charged me for cleaning walls that they then charged me for painting. Total bill £1000+. For cleaning a tiny well kept office. Still have not refunded me my deposit (I down sized). Over a month late. Head office refusing to talk to me. I opened a formal complaint. They closed it unresolved. Absolute disgrace.

On seeing the Trust Pilot review Regus have clumsily tried to justify their actions. They certainly have not done anything to save me money as they claim. What they have done is overcharge me for services not used. They tried to call me when I was on holiday and agreed to call me back on my return. We set a date.
Regus failed to call me on the date and still have failed to return my deposit despite me paying every bill ever put in front of me. They are not disputing that they owe me my deposit. Just failing to pay it back. Oh and I would gladly call them but that is not a possibility. They don’t take calls to anything but an automated central system.

We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians.
When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you; we’ve sent you an information sheet with more information on what this service includes.
We are very sorry to confirm the delay in repayment of your retainer. This is an exceptional situation and our finance teams are working alongside our IT team and bank to resolve urgently.
I truly appreciate that this is unsatisfactory and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are contact with you now to resolve your concerns directly.
