A wonderful team at North Row…

The team at North Row are amazing led by the two Victoria's who are so professional and helpful at every occasion I visit. It is a pleasure to have such a great location led by a wonderful team who keep in contact with me regularly and advise on any post arrivals immediately. I am delighted with this service and have been with Regus for over 14 years!!

Query not resolved

Update: 09/10/2024
Unfortunately Ms Lorraine Brule (the global customer service representative) does not understand the concept of customer service as she only finds our queries resolved if her colleagues say so and not from the actual customer. I have mentioned at the end of each paragraph on what they can do to improve the situation even when its not my job to do so.

Regarding the deposit I understand it is house rules however it would also be mindful (if you'd like to keep your clients happy) to mention that you will be charging them an extra deposit top up prior to them signing a 1-year renewal agreement. This is something the sales team should have mentioned regardless of it being in the house rules (which were not sent to us when we signed the renewal agreement should I mention), so we don't get surprised with a £3,400.00 unexpected charge on our card. I would advise you speak to Daniel which dealt with our case so he may be better trained on this.

May I also ask how is it that Regus accepted all of our non-registered company letters in the Marylebone centre if it is illegal? (before evicting us with 1 weeks' notice) and is now asking us to pay for a virtual office for each of our companies in the Marble Arch centre to receive this kind of service?

How would you feel if your landlord evicted you with no reason giving only one weeks' notice (not enough time to look for a new office) and forcing you into a centre with a smaller room and higher rent and now is asking you to pay to receive mail? Although you state this is company policy it is clear that this is not practiced across all centre's as we had no issues in receiving mail in our previous centre.

I would like to understand why the kitchen on the second floor is equipped with a microwave, given the "IWG policy". While we were granted permission to purchase a microwave for our office, it takes up the limited space we have. In contrast, the second-floor kitchen is provided one by the building. It would be greatly appreciated if a similar provision could be made for our floor to ensure consistency and convenience for everyone.

Looking forward to hearing form you soon.

Hi Ramez, it is disappointing to see you post online again although we have already assisted you on this extensively.
We require a retainer equal to twice your monthly fee. Since your agreement was renewed with an increase in your monthly fee, the retainer was also increased, as detailed in your agreement. We understand that this may be inconvenient for you, but it's a policy we follow to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all our customers. While we prioritise customer satisfaction, it’s essential to maintain these policies to provide consistent service.
We have informed you multiple times that we can only receive mails which have been sent to your name or your business name. It is illegal to use our centre’s address for a company which doesn’t have a binding agreement with us.
Your centre team confirmed that your concerns with the centre facilities were addressed, please contact them directly if you need further assistance.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
