Deplorable business practices
I have at least two office spaces with them with overlapping contracts. They continue to have hidden fees and elements buried in the contract.
The on-site staff is generally very accessible and friendly, but the corporate policies are strictly enforced and are absolutely ruthless for small businesses.
It may seem somewhat affordable upon first look, but I ensure you the amount of fees that they tack on, charge you without your knowledge and how they assess the restoration fees when it’s time to turn over the space are absolutely deplorable.
There is a lot of small and fine print in their contracts. There is zero room for interpretation or misunderstanding.
Once your intro rate is done, they will lock you in quickly with a double rate and you have to acknowledge move out 90 days before the contract expires. Otherwise they’ll automatically lock you in for the same term contract.
It’s an absolutely awful experience and I’m actively looking for a lawyer. I understand from other persons they will continue to smash your credit though, while your argument is in litigation.
Not just buyer beware, buyer be gone there’s plenty of other places to lease from.
