Deplorable business practices

I have at least two office spaces with them with overlapping contracts. They continue to have hidden fees and elements buried in the contract.

The on-site staff is generally very accessible and friendly, but the corporate policies are strictly enforced and are absolutely ruthless for small businesses.

It may seem somewhat affordable upon first look, but I ensure you the amount of fees that they tack on, charge you without your knowledge and how they assess the restoration fees when it’s time to turn over the space are absolutely deplorable.

There is a lot of small and fine print in their contracts. There is zero room for interpretation or misunderstanding.

Once your intro rate is done, they will lock you in quickly with a double rate and you have to acknowledge move out 90 days before the contract expires. Otherwise they’ll automatically lock you in for the same term contract.

It’s an absolutely awful experience and I’m actively looking for a lawyer. I understand from other persons they will continue to smash your credit though, while your argument is in litigation.

Not just buyer beware, buyer be gone there’s plenty of other places to lease from.

Hi Pepe,
I'm sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed. We always provide the agreement terms before signing, which we expect our customers to review and query if needed.
We understand that your main concern is about the office restoration service charged to you. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. We do the same with each customer, and this service is part of the agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.
Your centre team has already been in contact with you regarding this matter. Please continue to speak with them if you need further assistance.
Best,

If Fraud and dishonest business could…

Edit: if you read Regus response here to my review, you would see how arrogant it is! Please look up class action lawsuits against Regus for fruad and hidden fees! They have been sued before. It is puic record.

Fraud and dishonest business could be defined, the its definition would be Regus. PLEASE avoid at all cost. They are not legit and will try to rub your money. Wish I had read the reviews posted here. After I submitted an inquiry on their website, a sale representative from Regus called me to discuss their monthly subscription. According to her, it was a fixed rate subscription that can be canceled anytime so I gave her my credit card information. She also emphasized I cannot use their service until proper paper work is executed. Before I sign any paper work, I received an email from another sale person who said they have added additional charges to my contract for my "convenience"! I emailed them back saying I never agreed to these additional charges but then another person called to say she cannot remove these fees! I was thinking if I should still proceed with signing their contract, when another person called and attempted to collect another month worth of the subscription. I confronted her that it is not even 3 business days and how on earth I owe them another month. She replied that the first sale person forgot to disclose the terms and conditions regarding one month advance fee! How convenient! At the end I interacted with 4 sale person from Regus, each had a surprise regarding the hidden fees and terms and conditions. They did NOT provide any service and I did NOT sign any contract. Yet they started threatening for collecting 2 whole month of subscription. This is not how someone does business in United Stated.
