In the beginning
In the beginning, the staff gave me different information. So I finally found a spot, but something happened, so I needed to cancel my contract. It's only been a week. The staff told me I was locked in for 24 months, and I couldn't get out. This is disappointing. Trying to reach corporate is unsuccessful.

Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed.
You signed a 24-month office agreement with a preferential monthly fee until 31 December 2026. A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it should be ended online according to its notice period. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date.
You can end your agreement through your online account, (myregus.com) by going to Account > Products and services > End Agreement.
