I had internet issues, but I got offered refund
I recently visited Regus Manchester's shared office space and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to connect to either their WiFi or Ethernet networks, which was particularly frustrating as I've never experienced such issues at other coworking spaces like WeWork and Colony nearby.
The initial contact with the management to obtain a full refund was disappointing, as they claimed the problem was entirely my fault. However, after further contact with the customer service, I was ultimately offered a full refund.
I believe that when serious service issues are evident and the service desk can see a customer struggling to use their service, they should be more ready to offer a refund without blaming the customer. Such an approach would encourage people to give the space another chance. While I did eventually obtain a refund, I wish the process had been smoother and more customer-friendly.
