Excellent service and supportive team

I’ve had a very positive experience at Regus Manchester Trafford Park. The workspace is professional, clean and well organised, which makes it ideal for meetings and day-to-day work.

A special thank you to Joe for his support and responsiveness. He has always been helpful, approachable and quick to assist whenever needed. It’s reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares about clients.

Overall, a great location with a strong team behind it. Highly recommended.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Their internal procedures failed to close an account which meant my printing was incorrectly billed to an account I presumed closed. This saga continues with being harassed and threatened with legal action for 39p of outstanding billing - despite this being their fault. I had to argue for an apology add now they say I still owe this ridiculous sum despite having paid it. I pay my bill by direct debit to remove any chance of error in my part and the admin burden of paying bills. Yet still this saga goes on. They have no respect for the time I’m taking to sort out their mess - this is beyond ridiculous and very time consuming.

I’m sorry or the confusion with this situation.
There was a small scanning charge which was invoiced to your account erroneously. The situation compounded when your payment was allocated to a different account because of the incorrect reference on the payment.

I have been Regus customer for a year

I have been Regus customer for a year, my experience with this company is quite bad.
When I decided to leave,not only did they charge me a leaving fee, but they also charged me after leaving them while I paid off what was due!

We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
