Customer service

Regus provided great customer service to address and issue that needed to be addressed immediately. I am very pleased with the outcome from the management staff. Thank you.

Hi Cara,
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
The Account Specialist was not “untrained” or “ill prepared” and answered many of your questions. If anything was in doubt he referred you to the agreement or our policies. He did terminate the call in the end as he felt your comments were aggressive and confrontational and we do not want to put our staff in such a position.
Regarding your invoices, we ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account, as you did. I have checked the content of your invoices and all charges are correct; there are no “unauthorized charges”.
A local manager has already contacted you and should you need anything further is the best contact moving forward.
