Thanks for getting in touch, although I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
You signed a 12-month agreement with a preferential monthly fee.
Once an agreement is signed, the office space is reserved exclusively for you, for the term detailed in it.
A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it should be ended online according to its terms and notice period.
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements earlier than their end date. Your current agreement will expire on 31 January 2025.
Your centre team is your main point of contact and is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them.
