We have used Regus for a number of years now and have always found the reception staff very helpful and friendly. The offices are are always clean and the standard of equipment is good too.

Great company to hire office space. Nothing is too much for the staff and the offices are bright and very clean. I will be using them all the time for office space and training rooms.

An amazing experience thanks to the…

An amazing experience thanks to the fantastic team at Regus Midsummer Boulevard!
I've been using the office space for more than 2 years and renewed my contract recently and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
A special shoutout to Nadia, Jasmine and Jo who are always cheerful and ready to assist with a welcoming smile. Their professionalism and unwavering support make a real difference to the working environment.
The facilities are great and always clean, but it's the team that truly makes this location a 5-star experience.

From Free‑Month Promise to Debt…

From Free‑Month Promise to Debt Collection – A Cautionary Tale”

I signed a one‑year contract with Regus in September after being assured that the first full month (October) would be free. The contract comments even state that the 1st month’s office fee is waived. Despite this, Regus invoiced me for October, refused to honour the free‑month promotion and has since added late fees and threatened to report me to credit agencies if I don’t pay £489.19.

Regus’s community team acknowledged there’s no clause specifying how promotions are applied, yet they insisted the free‑month offer could be pro‑rated across September and October. When I disputed the invoice, I was met with generic responses and now an escalated debt‑collection notice. This heavy‑handed approach over a misapplied promotion feels unfair and undermines trust.

If you’re considering Regus, make sure every promise is in writing and be prepared for unexpected charges. I’ve reported this issue to the Competition & Markets Authority and Trading Standards and hope Regus will resolve it fairly.

Hi Zion,
I’m so sorry to hear about your continued dissatisfaction, although we have already clarified your concerns.
Your agreement began on 15 September 2025, and the one-month free promotion was correctly applied from 15 September to 14 October 2025. Your October monthly fee only reflects the prorated fee for 15-31 October 2025.
The late payment fee was charged to you due to non-payment of your October invoice. You can check this in the ‘Billing and payment’ section of your online account (myregus.com).
A collection notice was issued because your invoices have been outstanding since September. Kindly make the necessary payment arrangement to pay your outstanding balance. Your account will then be reinstated.
For further help, please respond to the member of my team who is in touch with you.
Thank you,
Michelle Spire

Hi Sary,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
As the global leader in flexible workspace solutions, we do not engage in any criminal practices against our customers.
You initially signed up for a Co-Working Desk through our Sales Manager, and later independently registered for a Virtual Office. Your centre team helped resolve the duplicate account, but please note that both accounts represent formal commitments and their invoices remain payable.
As you operate under two separate legal entities, please be aware that each account must be linked to a single entity.
We are required by law to follow anti-money laundering regulations to set up a Virtual Office and this process can take several days. As we are following a governmental procedure, it would be illegal for us to provide Virtual Office services to you until the process is completed in its entirety.
A member of my team contacted you to address your concerns and offer a resolution we hope meets your expectations.
Best,

Extortionate Painting Costs

Very disappointed with extremely high painting charges for a couple of minor marks on the wall.

Hi Natasha,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointing experience.
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
My team have contacted you now to get more information and I have also immediately asked the Manager of your centre to look into this as a priority.
Your satisfaction is very important, therefore, we’ll make the relevant enquiries and aim to put matters right as soon as we can. Where appropriate, we’ll also take steps to prevent the situation from happening again.
Thanks again for your comments, which help us improve. We appreciate your business.
Best,

One star is too much

One star is too much. an £82 per month contract has now become £265 for a business requirement that we do not need.

UPDATE
Lorraine can you advise when we were offered a “de-registration” option?
We were tied into another contract as we apparently missed the chance to opt out. The options given were to pay up a year’s worth of office charges - it’s sickening that you treat small businesses this way. Furthermore it’s ridiculous that you come and even try to defend their stance. We’ve asked to meet with the centre team - NO RESPONSE!! We’ve requested for information confirming that signage is now a legal requirement - NO RESPONSE so please do not come on this platform and respond that it was well communicated. Your team’s communication from your Milton Keynes office is threats to restrict our service when we do not even have the necessary information for the extortionate increases.
I’ve asked for your monitoring body to make a formal complaint- NO RESPONSE.
I’ve advised the team of several instances where our mails were mixed up and we were given mails of others - that too was defended. When we were signing up - you chased us like you’re the best thing in the office space now no one is available for a meeting.
Others should beware.

Hello Alicia,
We are sorry for any confusion caused but these additional costs aren’t born from us.
You opted to register your business with our centre address. As per UK law, this follows additional security processes which includes signage in your centre which carries an additional cost. As we are following a governmental procedure, it would be illegal for us to provide Virtual Office services to you without following these actions.
Your centre team have well communicated this to you and offered you the option to deregister with us to prevent any additional costs but you have so far chosen to continue. If you have more questions, they are your key contacts.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,

Disgusting

The company I work for was renting our 2nd office space with Regus in Central MK, I had a parking space paid for in the adjoining car park on several occasions I had cars parked in my space & when reporting this to reception was told to park in one of the other spaces, on one occasion I did this & received a parking fine of £170 I emailed the Manager who eventually looked into it, the response I finally received was that the car park company has changed & I need to contact the new one but didn't give me the details by this time it had gone to solicitors in the end my daughter paid the fine, I asked Regus to refund me this money but have since been ignored I'm guessing as we have left the building as it was becoming a total joke.

Your response is not accurate my situation didnt affect your staff at all they told someone to park in a parking space that was paid for by my company, no ownership at all, I understand that you couldnt get the fine revoked but as it was Regus' fault the money I paid (£170) should be returned to me by your company??

Hi Michelle, I’m sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
The parking situation you refer to was from last year and the parking company involved have since been replaced at the request of the building owner.
Other people in the building (including our team members) were also affected by the situation but we were unable to have any of the fines overturned.
We truly apologise for this but please understand it was beyond our control.
Kind regards,

Bad Customer Service

Our contract expired on February 1st, but we still haven't gotten our deposit. In contrast to what the contract says, the deposit will be returned thirty working days—that is, sixty working days—after our contract expires. Nobody is responding to our repeated requests for the deposit or providing an explanation for why we haven't received it.

Bad Experience AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bad Experience;

On the day we were meant to move in the furniture we ordered haven't arrived, we had to wait for more than 10 days. Site manager wasn't helpful, wouldn't speak to us to get this sorted. we had a contract with them for about a year, the lift in the building never worked or the main entrance door, again no communication sent out to alert customer of the issue. After our contract they are now refusing to return our deposit, despite paying off all the invoices including the cleaning charges.
The manager will only speak to you when your contract has ended and try and force you to renew
