Have been waiting for an account credit for 3 weeks, no response from property manager
My office was located at: 2640 Eagan Wood Dr. Eagan MN 55121. I have been waiting for approx. $1500 to be credited back to my Visa card for inadvertent over charges by Regus. The City Manager, has not replied to my last email from Nov. 30, 2025 regarding this credit. She has been very unresponsive. I may have to contact an attorney if I don't hear back from her about crediting my account in the next 2-3 days. Other than the billing, It's import to know that Regus charges a "Restoration fee" of $5.75/square ft. no matter how long you have the office. It's in the fine print of the contact. This absolutely should be verbally disclosed by the leasing rep. It was over $800 I didn't expect to pay. Other than that, the office was clean and I was able to conduct my business.
