Early termination approved - THEN DENIED

Due to COVID and the resulting loss of staff, we requested to get out of our annual lease 3 months early. it was initially approved and we made arrangements to immediately vacate the space. At the last minute, we were informed that the request was denied. We were forced to pay even though we vacated the space.
