Daylight Robbery - Terrible.

I signed up for a trial membership, which I was I told I could cancel within 30 days. I tried several offices in the MSP area, they did not meet my needs, so I cancelled within my trial period BUT Regus continues to bill me and my account tells me I'm contracted for 12 months. ROBBERY!! I've raised this issue with one of the Regus properties as well as submitting a ticket to their helpdesk - NOTHING. To add insult to injury, one of the reasons I wanted to try this was because their building closest to me touted a fitness center / gym on-site. Upon arriving at the office, I'm not allowed to use it. ROBBERY!!!

Hi Jim,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
We have several options on terms, products and locations to try and suit everyone’s circumstances but do not have a “trial period”. We do have month-to-month terms available but you selected a 12-month term which was more cost effective. The centre has a gym which is available to fixed term customers; if you want to upgrade your membership to a fixed location agreement in order to be able to use the facilities, please contact the centre directly as they will be able to give you information on prices and availability.
We find your accusation of “robbery” very unfair as you made the purchase online and selected the term length yourself. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements.
A member of my team has been in touch to confirm the agreement’s details.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire
