They were great right up until I bought a house, moved my office there, and didn’t renew… then they put a fraudulent $451 “refurbishing” fee on my account without talking to me or explaining what it was for.

They didn’t call, they didn’t leave a voicemail, they talk to me, and they didn’t email me to explain the fee - even after I contacted corporate about the fee, corporate referred me back to the locals and they didn’t respond.

I would like to know what wear could possibly have happened in 3 months that required over $400 to refurbish

Hi Austin,
I understand your dissatisfaction and would like to help. Please understand that we only bill our customers according to their signed agreement.
We did not charge you “a fraudulent $451 “refurbishing” fee”, but it is the charge for the additional electric sit-to-stand table which you ordered. You have confirmed the order and agreed to pay for it on 23 February 2023 with your salesperson.
Your centre team has contacted you and clarified the details of the charges to you.
If you need further assistance, please contact them as they’re your key contact in this matter.
Thank you,
Michelle Spire
