I can't get deliveries to my office…

I can't get deliveries to my office because the front doors are locked.

Hi Lisa,
I'm very sorry to hear of your frustration, but for security reasons, the external door is locked.
The safety of our customers, staff members and visitors is of paramount importance to us, and whilst we appreciate that this may be inconvenient for you, I'm sure you can understand the importance of security.
An electronic lock system will be fitted, and until then, we're more than happy to open the doors for your deliveries and visitors when we're made aware of their arrival.
