The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The office space was clean and pleasant to work in for the day. The area where the building is located has many great food options as well.

Absolute thieves
Absolute thieves. Avoid at all costs.
Rented an office. They never sent me the invoices (not in email or to my account). 2 months of complaining about not having an invoice (and therefore not having access to the office yet) they sent me to collections and demanded 2 months fees and late fees. To this day I have never received an invoice.
This is their standard operating procedure. The receptionist told me this is how they operate and there is no solution but to pay them because nobody wins, regardless of scenario.

NEVER rent from Regis OR Spaces
The reply from Regis confirms everything I said. The receptionist was correct about the policy of theft.
In the reply, they merely stated how invoices normally work and ignored that I specifically said I did not receive the invoices, nor access to the office. The irony is I probably would have rented for a year or more and paid them $1000's, but their unprofessional management and sales staff, horrible onboarding, non-responsive customer service, and litigious nature (that sent them straight to collections rather than trying to help me get my invoice), shows a high level of incompetence, if not corruption.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The initial invoice is raised immediately upon an agreement being signed, and the monthly invoices are issued on the last day of every month.
A copy of these invoices will be emailed to your registered email address, and they are also available in your online account (myregus.com).
The invoices are payable no later than the 15th of the month. Should your payments be late, we will incur administration costs and will have to charge a late payment fee back to you.
I would have loved to investigate your concerns further, but since you’ve posted anonymously, and I'm unable to identify your account with the information you have provided.
