Regus is a total scam and these guys need to focus on your customer service and selling practices more than making threats to destroy someone's credit score. you guys have pathetic service compared to all other co-working spaces, your sales manager kept calling me persistently to sign the agreement as soon as possible by giving me half the information. I was told i can cancel my agreement with a 3 months notice, and after i give them a notice they tell me that i cannot do it, and i can only do it 3 months prior to the end of agreement. They'll charge your with unnecessary kitchen & utilities charges around 2.5K even though i've only been to the center thrice.
Their email states "you are in breach of your agreement with Regus and we are now reporting your debt of INR 79046 to a credit bureau and involving a collection agency or lawyer to initiate further action.
Unless payment of the above sum is received within 7 days of the date of this letter, we are instructed to initiate court proceedings without further notice to you. Any request resulting in proceedings will include a claim for interest from the date on which the claim became due together with administration fees, court fees and legal costs from the date of issue of proceedings."
Be aware this is a total scam business and would suggest everyone to take their business elsewhere. My due date to make the payment is 15th of every month for the upcoming month. however, i had a huge bill and after writing an email for itemization of the same, no one responded till the due date had passed and then i get an email with an explanation with additional late payment fees added to the invoice
