There is a very serious need to get the…

There is a very serious need to get the men’s toilets addressed. Both stink. Someone from your quality team needs to come down and see it for yourself. Both are very old and desperately need to be renovated. The toilet situation is very very sad.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
We work hard to make sure we maintain the highet standards of cleaniness and hygene.
The toilets are currently clened every two hours. The local manager will arrange even more regular cleaning but if you find that a customer hs misused the facilities in between these cleanings, please let the local staff know.
