Your complaint is regarding the restoration service. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you. I’d be happy to support you should need further information. Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
We are aware of your internet difficulties and have already resolved them (our IT team are also closely monitoring the situation for you). For this same reason, the phone lines were also affected, and you could not temporarily communicate with the centre staff. However, in the meantime, the team was hotspotting from their phones so they could be contactable.
The invoicing procedures and the optional charges have now been clarified by the manager of your centre, who is already in contact with you to resolve this situation and agree the conditions for your future expansion. We are happy to hear that you wish to continue to grow your business with us.
Please don’t forget that you can view and manage your invoicing independently online through myregus.com (Account section).
