I have been waiting for over a month for a refund of an overpayment of $82.06. I cancelled my contract as if 8.31.23 and $82.06 was deducted from my account on 8.26.23 for a September payment that was not due. I contacted my office and the main office emailed me to tell me it would take 5-7 days to get my refund. It has now been 3 weeks!!!!! Not acceptable!
