Everything looks great..
Regus has offered to PAY me to remove this review... how many others would be here without the pay-to-go-away review policy?
Everything looks great... until you sign up. You will never be able to get a hold of any type of support, billing keeps going up, they add things to your account that you did not authorize.
Bottom Line - I am paying more than twice what was agreed - with no way out. I have been a client for over THREE Years.
Just Don't. Really, Just Don't.
Response from Regus: Quote from the Actual email, with the representatives name XXX'd out.
"My name is XXXX; I am the Customer Care Specialist here at the Account Helpdesk. I hope you are well.
I am contacting you in response to your recent comments left for us on Trustpilot. As part of XXX's small team, XXX has asked me to contact you and assist on XXX's behalf.
We are very sorry that your recent renewal caused frustration. We work hard to ensure that customers are well informed of their upcoming renewals including sending reminders which I can see were sent to you, you can check this through your online account, myregus.com.
Your contracted end date is 30 September 2024, however, we understand that you are dissatisfied and wish to leave sooner. Within my role as Customer Care Specialist, I can offer a level of flexibility, however, this is a compromise from both sides. On this occasion, as a goodwill gesture/in recognition of your experience, I am willing to amend your end date to 31 May 2024 but in return, I’d ask that you first remove the review that you left for us."
When I said No, I will not lie to save approximately $700, Regus responded again: Quote from Actual email.
"I recognise why you may feel like this but please understand that you are held to that agreement as it is the commitment that you made. If you had/have issues with the services, we can address those but the commitment remains unchanged."
They have to this day made no effort to correct the issues they created. They continue to over charge and change contract terms without my consent. They say I can file a complaint every month, they will then make that change for that month. Which they have still not credited for the last two years.
Just don't do it.
