Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I signed a contract for my 5th office with Regus, and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. "BS" lied to me multiple times, and when I asked for a manager, she refused, saying no one can ever speak with you; he is always unavailable. Now, I am stuck in a BROOM CLOSET (literally a broom closet) that I cannot even walk into. RUN RUN RUN do not deal with these people, they will only lie lie lie.

I assure you that we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, openness, and professionalism, and we would never lie to our customers.
We reviewed your call with our sales agent and found that you were provided with the correct information.
You told the agent that you only required an office to register with Google, and after our agent explained that the office in question was very small, you decided to proceed and signed the agreement. 
We apologise that you're unhappy, and the City Manager responsible for your centre has contacted you to discuss your options.

The one star is for the location of…Las Vegas Sahara

The one star is for the location of (including the view) and the interior of my office (which I furnished). The four missing ones are owing to continually reduced services, nickel-and-diming on other services, under-staffing, and tenants of interior offices constantly conducting business in the lunchroom (which i thought was for lunch, not giving interior tenants a bigger office). Others would come to mind if I thought about it for a while.

Rest assured that none of our services have been reduced, we receive great feedback about the service we provide and I’m sorry that you think otherwise.
Your centre team consistently receive positive scores on satisfaction surveys and whilst we disagree with your comment about “under-staffing” we appreciate your feedback.
Thank you for bringing the lunchroom situation to our attention, the lunchroom should not be used for meetings. Our office customers have access to the community meeting room which can be booked through the home page of your online account (Myregus.com); we have since sent a polite reminder to all concerned and can assure you this will not happen again.
