Very poor business practices
Multiple issues with IT, billing and staff allegedly entering the space and removing/storing items while we were away. Customer service is terrible. As a small business owner, I would not recommend getting involved with them.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction although I’m disappointed to see you posting a review for the issues which have been already discussed and clarified.
I understand that you want to end your agreement early.
A signed agreement is a formal business commitment. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its official end date, which is on 30 June 2024.
As for the billing and IT issues, your centre team confirmed that they have been resolved. They’ve also answered your pending queries.
Both your centre team and the account helpdesk have helped you and quickly answered your queries. I appreciate the responses you received were not always the ones you wanted to hear, but your conclusion is quite harsh.
