Bad experience overall

Bad experience overall. I stayed for two months and dealt with unreliable internet that kept failing. To make matters worse, they charged me move-out fees equal to another full month's rent.

I've been unable to identify your account, so I'm unable to contact you directly to address your concerns.
We know that your IT setup is key to your business, and always ensure any technical issues are fixed as a matter of urgency.
We provide our restoration service to all customers to save time and money, and to eliminate the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors, such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.

I rent day offices from Regus regularly and it's been a consistently good experience. This is one of several locations I use, and the quality and service hold up across all of them. Easy booking, professional space, and everything just works when I need it. Solid option for anyone who needs a reliable place to work on the go
