I have been with Regus for 14 years. I have had no problems at the center location in Tarrytown. The front desk is very professional and helpful.
Great center with best admin support.

Worse Business Experience of my life. Trash Company!!!
Regus is a deeply dishonest company. I joined 7/25/24 and experienced my first red flag. After I paid my first month's payment less than a week later I was notified I had an outstanding balance for another month's payment. Come to find out the sales rep didn't tell me that I paid for the whole month of july (which I'd only been a member for 6 days of the month) but that on August 1st I was obligated to pay a whole additional month to keep an active account. I called customer service and the reply I got was "Sorry this is procedure". I knew it was scammy but I just paid it, then fast forward to October 2024 and the office I originally rented at (Hawthorne NY) closed down and all members were being moved to a new location (Tarrytown NY). I did not want to move to Tarrytown so I asked to just cancel my account. I was informed that my contract prohibited me the freedom to not move and I had to pay for an office I had no need for... for an entire year until my contract was up and then I could leave by not renewing for another year. Now, I'm receiving collections emails for an office I did not want for over $1,300.00 and every rep I talk to and explain this to just says "Sorry you have to pay". But, that's not all. In addition to this I was charged a fraudulant $199.21 from the office that closed "AFTER IT HAD CLOSED". The manager of the new office (Tarrytown NY) confirmed via email I was not supposed to be charged this amount and promised a refund in email. And, not only did I not receive a refund but after 6 weeks of waiting I filed a claim through my bank on this charge and Regus fought my claim and won, essentially stealing $199.21 from me. Needless to say this is the most disgusting business experience of my life. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TRASH COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Update after speaking to customer service: The customer service was rude and dismissive. They engaged me in bad faith with zero interest in or attempt to find a solution. They just wanted to have a record stating they did nothing wrong and I must pay. The amazing part was after I showed them cold hard evidence of their lies, deceit, an misleading practices they just didn't acknowledge it in their reply. And, fell back on the line shown below "it's a business agreement". I have never faced such unprofessionalism in my life. They could careless about customer satisfaction or my review telling the truth about how horrible they are. I wish I had seen the tons of reviews all over the internet exposing these same shady practices before I deal with them. What I can do is leave my experience out there to hopefully save someone else from this dishonest, unscrupulous dumpster fire of a company.
Update: New response below is a lie. That agreement on October 10th was extortion. I showed them I had a 12 minute conversation with their staff where I was threatened legal action if I didn't agree to move offices. In my shock at their brazen response I panicked but after calming down and realizing I'd be paying for an office I dont need for a year, I decided I wasn't going to be bullied by these dishonest scammers
