NO Customer Service behind signing up
We have been a customer with a virtual office for approx 7 years and experienced few issues until you try and cancel. Even after receiving confirmation of cancellation, they continue to draft our account and attempting to resolve is IMPOSSIBLE. I actually had to close an account.
09/30/24 - Regus response is accurate EXCEPT.. Michelle Spire fails to acknowledge that since we offically terminated (and have the termination confirmation), they CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT TO DRAFT FOR PAYMENT. THAT is the issue,

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
You signed an agreement for a 12 month term in 2017. Every year this has automatically renewed for an additional 12-month term. We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive a courtesy email reminder. According to our history, prior to your last renewal, you received this email on 09 April 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (i.e., myregus.com). Once your agreement with us renewed, we confirmed it via an email we sent you on 3 May 2023. You can check the emails in the Account > Documents section of your online account. You then processed the end of your agreement on 13 June 2023 and it terminated at the end of the contracted period on 31 July 2024. All this information was already shared with you by the account helpdesk at the time but a member of my team has already been in touch to provide the information once again and answer any further questions you may have.
