Regus has been holding over $900 of my…

Regus has been holding over $900 of my money for almost two months now. Originally it was an issue with my account, which also took several weeks to fix despite it being Regus error. According to them, the only way to fix the issue was to re-bill all of my invoices. They said it was not possible to just use the $915 I already paid, so they said they would refund me everything I did pay so I could pay the new invoices

The new invoices came, and I paid them, but the refund never did. They have continued to charge me each month, send me reminders about making payments, all the while the only thing they say about the refund is that "they're working on it". I've tried talk to them to get this resolved, but at this point i'm out of options, the only means of contact are a team called "Account Help Desk" who's only input is telling me that the team is working on it, with no promises of when it will be delivered. They won't even tell me what the supposed problem they're trying to fix is

I've been considering small claims court due to how long it's been and the company's refusal to do anything about this. It seems like that will be the only thing that gets my money back since Regus is clearly not doing anything about it. Completely unacceptable practice

Hello Edna,
We understand how important your return of retainer is, and our standard timeline has not been met on this occasion. For this, we deeply apologise.
Due to an unforeseen IT issue with your account, we had to rectify your balance to be able to successfully refund the owed funds. This is actively being resolved now and we’re already in contact with you. Once we reprocess your refund, we will immediately update you confirming a new payment date.
Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
All the best,

Hi Russ, I’m sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
We ask that our customers to request the cancellation of their agreement via their online account (Myregus.com) to avoid situations such as this and because your account was restricted due to non-payment it was not possible to immediately action the request you sent your centre team via email.
Once the issue was identified the end date of your agreement was adjusted to reflect the notice you provided us with.
We attempted to process your refund, but the bank details you provided us with are incorrect.
A member of my team has contacted you to assist further.
Kind regards,
Lorraine Brule
