AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
Regus is a COMPLETE SCAM and will be a NIGHTMARE for your business!!! I have been renting a space from them since March and they’ve overdrafted my bank account more than $600 dollars at a time....TWICE! They blame it on their so-called ‘billing system updates’— No notice about these updates are ever given to tenants. But apparently they happen often, because that's ALWAYS the excuse I get from the front desk attendant.

Your business WILL NOT SURVIVE REGUS!! Mine didn't! Fortunately, I signed a month to month lease. So, I'm lucky my last day with them will be July 31st.

MY FOLLOW UP TO THE REGUS RESPONSE:
What you failed to mention and take accountability for is this...I made my payments on time EVERY MONTH. But because of your "system updates" that payment got canceled. My ledger reflected NONE of this, and because you didn't inform the tenants this would be happening, I was unaware of why "the system" would be trying to take another payment. Of course I'm not going to pay you more if NO ONE CAN EVEN EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON! I called my local account manager and she said my ledger showed that all invoices were paid and couldn't explain why the system would be trying to withdraw another payment.

You hide behind "the system" and that is BEYOND SHADY!!! Maybe you should think about keeping employees longer than a week so they can have time to figure out what is going on with your system!!

The "system updates" happen without warning so the company can make extra money off charging late fees. THAT'S THE VERY DEFINITION OF A SCAM!!!!!

Hi Leslie,
I'm sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
Upon reviewing your account, we found that although automated payment attempts were made before the due date, they were unsuccessful. Your card was eventually charged about a month later; however, by that time, the invoices had been overdue for two months, which is why the deductions covered the outstanding balance.
A member of our team has contacted you on this matter, please speak to them if you need further assistance.
Thank you.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
