The new facility is very nice. The receptionist was not welcoming or helpful. In order to setup for my meeting at 20 min before start time, she insisted I had to change my start time and pay for 30 add’l min. I’ve never had that happen and I’ve used Regus for years. I understood they have only been open 3 weeks, but there was no coffee. I called the main number to ensure it would be available and was told it would be. I used a locally owned coworking space yesterday and it was a friendly, welcoming experience with all amenities available.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
We apologise if there was no coffee, there are parts for the machine that we are still awaiting on.
You arrived 20 minutes early and the local manager asked if you wanted to change the start time to 08:30 or leave it at 09:00 as the bookings are only possible in 30-minute increments. We feel it is fair to charge a customer for additional time booked in an office.
