This is for the Ottawa office on Albert Street

This is for the Ottawa office on Albert Street. Worst administration ever. Stay away from this place. They will charge you fees for things you are not using. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people wisper. You can't meet clients there, everybody can here you. Can't keep things confidential. Also, the agreement will say pay only the first and last month, but then charge you for the second month in advance so you pay three month in advance. Receptionist are not very friendly, some will give attitude to customers. Hate the place. Was a horrible mistake taking an office there. Stay away!

To anyone considering doing business with this company, please be extremely cautious.
I have had several email exchanges with them and my experience has been very disappointing. The communication was frustrating, and the way the situation was handled left me feeling misled and poorly treated as a client.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others carefully reconsider before dealing with this business. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst professional experiences I have had.

I sincerely apologise if any service charges came as a surprise to you.
Our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed monthly in advance.
One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears.
All your invoices are available in your online account (section under My Account > Billing and payments) and payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month.
Please note that you can also review your agreement, check and amend your services at any time in your account by logging on to myregus.com. There, you’re also welcome to consult our AI chatbot Aurora, which can answer many questions you may have.
I'm sorry if your centre team have given you cause for complaint and I assure you we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, openness and professionalism in all our activities. We will ensure the situation is properly investigated and quickly resolved.
The City Manager responsible for your centre has already contacted you to assist.

Avoid at all costs- overcharging & bad service

Avoid at all costs. I regret doing business with them. You’ll spend more time trying to email to fix invoices than receive any decent service. Watch your credit card they overcharge you and provide little to no explanation. For 3 months I thought I was going to be paying 80-100$/month for just virtual office charges your basic membership, kid you not they’ve charged me 600$ in the course of 2-3 months. Their website and app are always crashing , starting to feel like a SCAM.

I find it interesting that you reply quicker in a public review website than directly with your client. I haven’t received any communication yet but will wait yet again. 15 days of interest on that 944$ that was charged on my credit card. I hope this is resolved soon as this is affecting my credit. The invoice that was changed was for my business address and it wasn’t made recently that was made prior to my payment.

Still confused & still not recommending this place.
