What truly stands out is the front desk team — they are always friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. They greet clients warmly and are quick to assist with any requests, which creates a very professional atmosphere for my business. I am very disappointed with Regus's…
I am extremely disappointed with Regus's service. The worst part is trying to get your deposit refunded after leaving—good luck with that! I vacated my office space over a month and a half ago and am still chasing my deposit. Despite multiple follow-ups, my money has not been refunded, and there is no clear status or timeline for when it will be. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am now reporting this case to the authorities.
The overall service was below average, and I cannot recommend this property. I certainly won’t be using their services again.
