As the wife of Marcel Acunis, I am utterly appalled and deeply concerned by the way your company operates. From an outsider’s perspective, it is shameful and pitiful to see such blatant disregard for your clients. Your company is the epitome of a scam, with predatory agreements designed to exploit and drain every last penny from innocent people. It’s glaringly obvious that you have no regard for human beings or their well-being; your sole purpose is to amass wealth at the expense of others.
The sheer level of greed and lack of compassion you exhibit is beyond appalling. Even if my husband and I were destitute, out on the streets with our family, starving and desperate, it would mean absolutely nothing to you. You’d still ruthlessly demand full payment of the agreement, even though we no longer occupy the office. Adding insult to injury, you would probably rent the space to another unsuspecting victim while continuing to bleed us dry.
This despicable double-dipping is just the tip of the iceberg of your unethical practices. Your company embodies the absolute worst traits imaginable—heartless, greedy, and deceitful. You prey on the vulnerable and thrive on creating misery. For the sake of all that is good and fair in this world, your company should be shut down immediately. The world would undoubtedly be a better, more humane place without your vile existence.

Your company operates with a blatant disregard for ethics and integrity, preying on unsuspecting individuals through manipulative and predatory practices. The agreements you use are crafted to exploit people financially, leaving them trapped in contracts that are nearly impossible to escape. Your business model appears to be built on deception, extracting every possible dollar from innocent customers.
The lack of compassion and ethical responsibility you demonstrate is appalling. You show no regard for the well-being of your clients, treating them merely as revenue sources. This callous approach to business is not just neglectful—it borders on the inhumane. Your operations cause significant hardship, pushing people into financial distress, and showing no mercy when they are unable to meet your demands. The impact of your actions on individuals and families is devastating, and yet you continue to operate as if the suffering of others is an acceptable cost of doing business.
To add further concern, Michelle Spire, representing your company, made an offer in response to my complaint that was wholly inadequate and dismissive of my situation. She suggested that I could pay for only six months instead of the two years required by the contract if I agreed to remove my negative review. This offer was both offensive and absurd, considering I have not occupied the office space for over six months, and it is likely already leased to another tenant. Despite this, your company continues to bill me monthly, acting as though my complaints are baseless.
What is even more troubling is that the salesperson who initially convinced me to lease the office explicitly assured me that terminating the contract would be simple, quick, and hassle-free. Now, that same salesperson denies making those claims. According to your company’s policies, if I wish to terminate the contract, I am expected to pay for 48 months of rent for an office I have not used in over six months. This blatant contradiction between what was promised and what is now demanded only highlights the deceptive practices at play.
I want to clarify that these statements reflect my personal experiences and perceptions of how I have been treated by your company. I am expressing my views based on what I have encountered, and I am not making any legal accusations. My intention is to share my experience so that others can make informed decisions.
Your company needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer relations and ethical business practices. Operating with integrity, transparency, and fairness is not just good business—it’s essential for maintaining trust and respect in any community. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be aware of what they may potentially face when dealing with your company.
