I Reserved a meeting room in Paris a few weeks ago because the co-working space was not useable (basement, no windows, vibrations of the Tube every 2 min). The Office was a little better. Once reserved, a tech issue from Regus platform did not allow me to enter my new Credit Card on the app and the website. Finally, after creating a few tickets, waiting a couple of weeks for a resolution, I received a number of alerts regarding the late payment despite the know tech issue including with risk of penalties. Please Regus, treat your customers (since 2019…) with more respect and humanity.

Horrible. Scam. Never deal with this company!!!

I signed up for 1-month fixed co-working seat and asked the staff to confirm that my card will not be put on the account and my personal details will be removed immediately after payment. The staff who signed me up confirmed this. Following my sign up, I was charged for 3 months with random payments hitting my credit card at random times in the first week. I left the office immediately asking for removal from the system and removal of my card and details according to GDPR and my customer rights. The company refused to remove my details and my account and refused to refund my money. I ended up there for only 1 week, spending every day arguing with staff to get my refund and my details removed. They sent me emails saying they will not refund me or remove my details from the system. And the staff (which the company and Trustpilot doesn’t allow showing their name here) is not responding to any emails. The company is a fraud. They did the same thing to us previously at Regus Spaceworks UK. I recommend to anyone reading this never to deal with this company. No matter how many positive fake reviews you read online, this company is a fraud. It deals in luring customers in and keeping their credit cards on file and making it impossible to give someone their rights. My credit cards have been charged random bills that don't match the fee, at random intervals in the middle of the night, and no one is responding. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. It's the worst company I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of business and professional office space leasing globally. My firm has taken all types of commercial space around the world, and without doubt this is the worst company we ever dealt it. Highly recommend never dealing with Regus, IWG, Spaceworks globally. Their CEO and management team could care less about customer service and the happiness of clients.

Hi Oliver,
I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this again.
You signed an agreement for a co-working membership on a month-to-month term. The agreement has the required notice period clearly written and The earliest end date for yours is 31 October; the minimum duration for a month-to-month agreement is 1 full month. You signed that you had read and understood this.
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements.
We never refused to delete your personal details, we simply informed you that they were under your control through the online account (myspecasworks.com, click on your initials in the top right corner and go to personal details).
If you haven’t received the responses from the sales person we apologise, but you have been in regular touch with the representative on my team who is the more appropriate contact.
Your statement that the charges don’t match the bills is not true. The card is linked to the invoices and therefore the card will only deduct the invoice amount. You have received two invoices, one for 330.12 and the other for 318.60 on 5 September. Payments were subsequently taken on 5 September for the invoiced amounts. The first invoice was for the partial month of September and the second for October. There was nothing “random” about these invoices.
We don’t create our own reviews any platform, this is simply an invention.
Your accusations of this company being a fraud are both unfounded and unfair; All we have done is ask you to abide by the agreement you signed.
A member of my team has been in touch to clear up any further questions you may have about the terms of your agreement.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire
