Aircond seems to be always having an issue, sometimes the temperature in the office can be higher than usual - not consistent with the temperature

Hi Siu,
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
The air conditioning is not malfunctioning but has needed adjustments as it is a little slow to cool. This means that there are a couple of offices in one part of the floor which take longer to reach the general temperature on warm days. I am surprised to see your complaint though as your office is in the other side of the building where the air conditioning is working correctly.
