I haven't seen any big company in 2025 which doesn't have costumer service. They keep my deposit and they don't give it back as the contract says.

No costumer support ! They keep my deposit

I haven't seen any big company in 2025 which doesn't have costumer service. They keep my deposit and they don't give it back as the contract says.

There are multiple ways of contacting us should you have issues. The local team are always available should you need assistance of any kind. Alternatively, you can contact the account helpdesk by raising a case through the 'Help' function of your online account (myregus.com).
Regarding your invoices, I have checked the whole of your account and can confirm that there are no invoices or any period after your termination date so we are unsure of the reason for your complaint.
