Regus overcharge

The locations are great, but Regus constantly overcharges—there's always something beyond the contract. Even after the contract term, they keep adding fees. They don’t honor the agreed terms and overcharge. I had to stop using them not because the offices aren't great, but because the fees don't match the agreement. And trying to get your deposit back? Good luck.

You’re evidently frustrated and we’re sorry for it.
Transparency is fundamental to us and we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. On behalf of your Community team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.

Bad experience with the sale person

I got a very bad experience with the sale team. Subscribe for 1 month and pay for 2 months.

I only asked Jason for a one-month contract with five private office bookings for my meetings in January 2024. However, he let be believed he can cancel the contract avoid this a one-month notice and will reverse the charge back. then, he also ignored my messages and complaints. The negative review on Trustpilot wake up the customer Service which is hiding behind the contract to justify his actions, but are not addressing the fact that he misled me and failed to communicate with me. I am very disappointed with the service and the sales technique.

Hi John, I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this.
All our agreements can be ended provided they meet their notification period. You signed a month-to-month agreement that requires one full calendar month notice from the first day of any calendar month. You ended the agreement online on 17 January 2024, this means that your earliest end date is 29 February 2024. You have been correctly charged as you have used our services till the end of your agreement.
