One of the worst companies ever
One of the worst companies, I have ever come across.
Their "salesman" sells you offices that aren't fit for purpose with dirty floors, chairs and holes in the ceiling. They promise a "fit out" and once you're in that's it you never hear from them again. Constant GDPR breaches with clients emails, not letting you use contractual services and the worst customer service I have ever received. No help from any of the ops team. The HVAC are below working conditions and I have never been so dissapointed with a company. They give you electric heaters and think thats enough to compensate for the below 10 degree temperature's in the offices. All of the ops team hide behind their keyboards and do not apologize for any incovience caused. They charge nearly 5k for a 495 sqft office and say you can fit 13 people in there! Only if you're using bunkbeds that is.
Stay as far away as possible and do not trust anyone that communicates with you from there. The CEO of UK Regus promised improvements, where are they?
Awful, awful business.
