Stay away

Stay away. The most awful experience I have had in my life. I was meant to pay 139 EUR for unlimited access. They ended up charging me almost 350 EUR straight away and sent invoices that did not match bank statements. To which I thought "fine, as long as I have an office to go to across my house". But there were no desks available! The receptionist and customer support said, "Find another office, we have many across the world". They will not issue a refund not only for the initial monthly payment but for the overcharge as well. I have paid 350 EUR for a service that I cannot use and the staff keeps referencing contracts I have not signed or seen.
