VERY BAD CELLPHONE COVERAGE in…
THERE IS VERY BAD CELLPHONE COVERAGE in the entire building. After lodging several complaints they were unable to fix the issue or provide me with any kind of estimate by when the issue could be fixed except that “they are working on it”. I then found out from another renter that left due to the same reason, that this had been going on for several months before I started, which means they knew about the issue, and did not inform me even though I was signing a one year contract.As a commercial director of a multinational company I need consistent phone coverage to speak to clients and colleagues all over Europe, and after communicating that I would be leaving the office they still have the audacity to claim unpaid invoices for a problem that is not of my making and which makes it impossible to do my job properly. I even proposed to only come in once or twice a week as a temporary measure until they fix the issue but they did not want to hear any of it until I paid invoices for months that I was not even at the office. What a disgrace of a company. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone that needs their mobile phone for their work.
