I believe the staff (reception desk) are very kind and helpful.
What I don´t believe is good is the fact that when some client meetings ran later than expected, past 6pm local Chile time, we are "asked for a hard stop" and are "asked" to leave. There should perhaps be another shift past 6pm?
I came in once and someone was taking what seemded to be a "conference call ?" at the front desk. This was distracting to the clients coming in and also to people going towards the cafeteria. Perhaps the admin related calls should be taken in a separate office?
