The Stoneridge office suites are nice…
The Stoneridge office suites are nice but they don’t offer landline phone services inside of the suites. Most small businesses need landline phones today. Not internet phones.
I was offered AND opted to pay extra for an office with a landline phone, not an internet connected phone and was never able to have my phone connected. I even brought my own hookups AND a telephone to attempt to get my phone service working….because there is no tech support.
I have ALL of the emails between Laura and I showing the conversations, offerings, requests, promises, and apologies for one telephone request that never happened.
I also now have several emails from Regus apologizing for not being able to provide me with a landline telephone along with my office space. The first office they gave me had no phone service nor did the larger, more expensive second office.
So now that I see they’ve ‘edited’ their previous response to me, the one that included apologies and more promises.

In conversations with the center team, they made various wired office options available to you, however, you declined to accept any of the solutions provided during those conversations.
