From the very beginning, it was not easy to deal with Regus. There was a constant chase about onboarding, missing documents, unexplained retainers...
The company is not innovating! They kept 2 months of retainers and after me cancelling the contract with them, you manually need to go and request for those retainers to be paid back to you within 30 days. Such information is not being provided to you upon termination.
30 days have passed, and no refund reached my bank account. Please, do not waste your time and energy with Regus or any IWG umbrella companies! There are much better alternatives if you take your time and look a bit longer.

I would like to add an update (5 Oct 2023):
after I left this negative comment, only then did Regus start the refund process. Today I received an email from them stating that it might take a few more business days to get my retainers back. And that would be ~45 days and not 30!
"The payment is scheduled to be sent to your bank on 06 Oct 2023.
Please allow 5-7 business days for it to show up in your bank account after that date..."
My advice==> don't waste our time and avoid them!

I have always respected Regus, but after this first experience I have great reservations. I bought a virtual office service for two months in Schiphol Airport Tetra through their delegations in Poland during and I paid in advance plus one month of deposit and the amount of the initial expenses.
The contract is not yet active, although the representative of (Regus IWG Poland) informed by phone that immediately after receiving the transfer we will receive confirmation of the contract to register the change of address of an association in Amsterdam (the conversation was recorded by Regus) .
I feel cheated when I was not informed that there is a compliance procedure after I sign and pay for a two-month lease (instead of before I pay). The association has been registered in the Netherlands for more than five years. If we had known this, and given the short time we needed, we would not have accepted this offer.
I presented the situation to the Regus Poland sales representative, asked for his support in the conversations with Amsterdam and explained our arguments. He stubbornly said that he should only contact Targen and hung up on me (Regus' phone system records this). It seems that after paying they grabbed the customer and ran out of kind words. I'm not used to this behavior. In addition, they still do not answer the emails and a month has passed (of the two paid) without being able to use the virtual office. I have terminated the contract and have requested a refund of the money. I am preparing the information for the consumer defense offices of both countries.
